KC SAV Smolenice – Smolenice Castle in cooperation with SAV Chemical Institute, SAV Institute of Polymers, SAV Institute of Materials and Machine Mechanics, SAV Historical Institute and SAV Heart Research Institute have prepared for you a unique event Sweet Playful Science. It will be held on Saturday 4.3 .2023 from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the Congress Hall of Smolenické Castle.

The Institute of Polymers will present “Colored Dancer” and “Dancing Drops” in an unforgettable dance show.
The Institute of Materials and Machine Mechanics will show you its “Miracle Candy Factory”, which even Willy Wonka would be envious of.
Experts from the SAS Chemical Institute will release “Rainbow Butterflies” just for you, show you how to mix “Chemical Traffic Light” or prepare “Elephant Paste”.
The SAS Historical Institute has prepared an interesting lecture for you about life in castles and chateaux in the early modern era.
And scientists from the Institute for Heart Research will tell you many interesting facts about your heart and show you how to measure your blood pressure.
