CANCELLATION OF FEES:

  1. No cancellation fee is charged for canceling a booking within 31 days.
  2. The fee for canceling a booking within 15-30 days is 25% of the agreed price.
  3. The fee for canceling a booking within 8-14 days is 50% of the agreed price.
  4. For booking cancellation within 7 days, the fee is 75% of the agreed price.
  5. For cancellation of the booking within 1 working day before the start of the stay, the fee is 100% of the agreed price.

The director of the organization is authorized in exceptionally justified cases, especially with regard to the whole society, or the all-academic significance of the event, with possible international impact, etc. , set all types of prices listed in this price list differently, on the basis of an agreement and especially in accordance with §2 and 3 of Act. no. 18/96 Coll. on prices in the valid wording, as agreed prices.

Additional requirements
€30/hour is charged for each service hour started after 9:00 p.m.
